📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial operations of Sant Group Indonesia, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead a team of finance, accounting, and tax professionals in managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support the company’s strategic objectives.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage the company’s tax obligations, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to finance, accounting, and tax.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with the last 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
• Proven track record of managing financial operations and leading teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in financial management, accounting, or tax (e.g., CPA, CMA, or CFA) is a plus.
