In this role, you will be responsible for visiting potential customers, presenting our products and services, and building strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our marketing and customer service teams to ensure that our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience with City Savings Bank.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit potential customers in Bali to present our financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial services.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
