📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, sales reporting, and customer service.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales associates, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement and monitor retail strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels using tools like SAP or similar retail management systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
