📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and operations of the vessel fleet, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to plan and execute maintenance activities.
• Utilize Maximo for maintenance management and SAP for enterprise resource planning to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure the safety and reliability of the vessels, implementing best practices and protocols.
• Monitor vessel performance and conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the vessel crew, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to handle any situation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance and operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in vessel maintenance and operations, with a strong background in marine engineering.
• Certifications such as OIM, OMI, or other relevant maritime qualifications.
• Proven track record in overseeing vessel maintenance and operations, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
• Strong knowledge of Maximo for maintenance management and SAP for enterprise resource planning.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to make sound technical decisions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the oil and gas industry and its specific requirements and challenges.
