🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related role.
• Familiarity with payroll software such as SAP Payroll, Oracle Payroll, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
