As a Japanese-Speaking Manufacturing Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production processes and maintaining high-quality standards.

In this role, you will work closely with our production team to support daily operations, including inventory management, quality control, and process improvements. You will also assist in communication with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and components. This position is perfect for someone with a background in manufacturing, a strong command of Japanese, and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support daily production activities, including inventory management and quality control.
• Assist in communication with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
• Assist in training new employees and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for production activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
• Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production support role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong command of Japanese language, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and inventory management.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations within Bali.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
