📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive educational curriculum that aligns with national and international early childhood education standards.
• Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, including class management, teacher supervision, and student activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the preschool, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to maintain open lines of communication and support the overall development of the children.
• Manage and mentor a team of educators, providing ongoing professional development and support.
• Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and community activities to enrich the educational experience.
• Monitor and evaluate the preschool's performance, making data-driven decisions to improve educational outcomes.
• Represent the preschool at local and national educational conferences and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., ECERS, NAEYC) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a preschool program.
