📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.,Support sales efforts by promoting our products and services.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.,Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
