As a Staff Accounting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Process payroll and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun (local language) is a plus.
