📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet the high standards of our business.
  • Monitor sales and profitability, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service across the restaurant.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
