📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, from identifying supplier needs to negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.,Source and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality, cost, and delivery requirements.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring they align with our business needs and legal requirements.,Monitor supplier performance, ensuring they meet our quality, cost, and delivery requirements.,Manage procurement budgets and ensure we are spending within our allocated budget.,Liaise with internal teams to ensure procurement activities align with business needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other procurement software.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
