🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in network operations and technical support.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, and OSI model.
