📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and partners.,Provide expert advice on product selection and usage to meet client needs.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new sales opportunities.,Conduct regular site visits to assess client needs and provide solutions.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance.,Report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales consulting.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.,Strong understanding of the construction materials and retail industry.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
