📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both internally and externally.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
