📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations to foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee employee benefits and training programs, and advise on HR policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to address HR concerns and resolve issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR is a plus.
