📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Create and implement new menu items and recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost efficiency and food quality.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment for optimal food safety and efficiency.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to established recipes and standards.,Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
