📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and developing telesales activities to achieve company targets.,Support the telesales team in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.,Train and mentor new telesales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.,Provide regular updates to the sales manager on team performance and customer needs.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all telesales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and customer needs.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
