📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's customer database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing activities to promote our products and services.,Follow up on customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.,Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement telemarketing strategies.,Provide regular reports on customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a must.
