Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Managing the restaurant's budget and financial performance, and ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.,Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve the restaurant's efficiency and profitability.,Coordinating with the management team to ensure that all aspects of the restaurant's operations are running smoothly.,Providing leadership and support to the restaurant's staff, and ensuring that they are motivated and engaged in their work.,Monitoring and analyzing the restaurant's performance, and identifying areas for improvement.,Ensuring that the restaurant's image and reputation are maintained to a high standard, and that customers are satisfied with their experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,A strong understanding of the restaurant industry, including food safety and health regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well with a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,A degree in a related field, such as hospitality management, business administration, or a similar qualification.,Experience in managing a budget and financial performance is a plus.,Familiarity with the use of POS systems and other restaurant management software is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
