Fresh Sun Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Deputy HR Officer to join our team in Cirebon, Jawa Barat. This role is crucial in supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and a passion for people development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.,Manage employee records and maintain accurate personnel files.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.,Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Understanding of HRIS systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a requirement.
