📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle all financial transactions, including cash and card payments, with accuracy and efficiency.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and financial activities.,Assist in managing the cash register, including counting cash, balancing the drawer, and handling deposits.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.,Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues related to financial transactions.,Collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of financial software and systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is required.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
