📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Facilitate training and development programs to upskill team members and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance and key initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related operational excellence program is a plus.
• Previous experience in the mining or mineral processing industry is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
