📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and supervise the branch staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing branch operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
