In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and preparation of banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring all logistics are in place.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met throughout the event.,Set up and decorate banquet areas according to event specifications.,Assist in the serving of food and beverages, ensuring that all items are presented neatly and promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including tables, chairs, and other equipment.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure that all events run smoothly and according to schedule.,Assist in the clean-up and reset of banquet areas after events.,Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a similar role, such as event staff, banquet server, or customer service, is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.,Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Must be able to pass a background check.
