BALIMMO DEVELOPMENT GROUP is seeking a dedicated Villa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxurious villa in Tabanan, Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the villa, managing staff, and providing exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the villa, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.,Manage and coordinate with the villa staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated.,Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and reservations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Organize and oversee special events and activities for guests, if applicable.,Monitor and maintain the villa's cleanliness, safety, and security.,Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and submit regular reports on villa operations, guest feedback, and staff performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in villa management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing staff and ensuring high guest satisfaction.,Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must; knowledge of local languages is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid ID and work permit for Bali.,Previous experience in Bali or a similar tropical destination is a plus.
