Cafe Lestari Kitchen is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. Your goal will be to ensure that our team is well-prepared to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the high standards of our cafe. This is a full-time position located in Majalengka, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing staff members.,Assess training needs and design programs to address these needs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to staff members.,Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with business goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects.,Familiarity with HRIS and other training management tools.,Certification in training and development is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
