📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and restocking.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Prepare and process sales transactions accurately.

Assist in implementing promotional activities and sales strategies.

Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.

Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.

Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
