Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Crew Onboarding and Employee Services team. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding process for our crew members, as well as providing exceptional employee services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Crew Onboarding and Employee Services team, ensuring all processes are efficient and compliant with company policies and regulations.,Oversee the entire crew onboarding process, from initial recruitment to final induction, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new crew members.,Develop and implement employee service initiatives that enhance crew satisfaction and retention.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of new crew members into the company culture and operations.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Crew Onboarding and Employee Services team, providing feedback and development opportunities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all crew onboarding and employee service activities.,Act as a liaison between the crew and management, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the maritime or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Strong knowledge of international labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
