📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Partner with line managers to address HR issues and support business objectives.,Drive HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with the last 3 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and driving HR strategy.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
