Port Local Berjaya is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Taman Sari. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
