📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's mission, vision, and goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance, profitability, and market share.,Manage and supervise a team of managers and employees, providing guidance, support, and motivation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports and presenting them to the board of directors.,Lead and participate in the development and implementation of the company's budget and financial plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and reporting.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex problems.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
