📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels and stock control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Train and develop junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or similar roles.,Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.,Knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel within the region as required.
