📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs, such as training and development initiatives.,Provide administrative support for HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Maintain a positive and professional working environment within the HR department.,Support the HR team in any other duties as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
