📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.,Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into paying clients.,Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure their needs are met and to address any issues promptly.,Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on client goals and company objectives.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay informed about market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a B2B environment.,Strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
